New York ACC

Horizon CME and the University of Cincinnati are collaborating with the American College of Cardiology (ACC) state chapter members on recently published clinical guideline recommendations for the screening, diagnosis and management of patients with heterozygous and homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (FH). This educational program series will also examine the role of cascade testing to identify at-risk patients, the clinical progression of FH, and the role of lifestyle modification, statin and emerging therapies for treating FH and reducing the risk of coronary heart disease in this high risk patient population.
