This accredited monograph is designed to educate hematologists, oncologists, nurses, and pharmacists on the epidemiology and prevalence of VTE in cancer patients, the contributions of various anti-cancer therapies to the development of VTE, and appropriate VTE risk assessment, prevention, and management in the cancer patient.
