Horizon CME aspires to optimize patient outcomes by implementing medical education activities that empower healthcare professionals with confidence and knowledge to effectively reduce the barriers that hinder achievement of maximum patient and provider benefits.

Horizon CME is a medical education company dedicated to providing quality continuing education activities that further the knowledge, skills, and practice of healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes. Using research-proven adult learning principles, Horizon CME creates educational activities that are innovative, engaging and relevant to clinical practice.

Horizon CME promotes an interdisciplinary approach to healthcare education. Our team strives to integrate various physician specialists as well as allied health professionals including pharmacists, nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, on a local, regional, and national level in the development of continuing medical education activities.
